Download, print, fill out the form, and submit it directly to our main campus or send it via courier with required academic documents.
Submission Requirements
- Attested copies of previous educational certificates/degrees.
- 2 passport size recent passport photos (blue background).
- Copy of CNIC or Form-B (Applicant).
- Copy of Father/Guardian's CNIC.
How to Submit
1. Direct Submission: Visit our Rawalpindi campus from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
2. Via Postal Courier: Dispatch filled form along with documents to IPED Admissions Department.
3. Digital Submission: Scan filled form and WhatsApp to 0333-9881219.
